Franklin is the sweetest potato in spite of all the cards stacked against him. He is deaf and has a host of congenital issues due to poor breeding but he’s a trooper and doesn’t let them get him down. He’s a velcro dog, he loves daycare, and he loves walking with his pack walk friends. Frank is the best boy and proof that the underdogs are worth fighting for ❤️
