What makes me special
Today (3/7/23) is her 1 year adopt-visary from city dogs. She was known as Phyllis in the kennel. Rosie is spunky & sweet and has filled me with so much love. She was truly meant to be part of my family! In true pibble style She believes she is an 80lb lap dog.
