Why there is "No Place Like Home"
Hachiko provided a bright light for my bipolar trans son who had a particularly difficult time coping with the isolation of the pandemic. Hachi always knows when he’s “blue” and kisses his face with his nose and hugs his body with his own .. he truly is a gift and a blessing in a sometimes dark world. He has helped my son heal and offset the shortcomings of humans who often see only the stigma whereas dogs like Hachiko see the true person inside.
