Rules

Entrant fee: $15. Families may enter more than one child.
Age: 1 year to 3 years old. Must be between those ages by July 3, 2020.
Contest open to residents of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
$1=1 vote. Winners will be based on total number of votes.
Only Parent or Legal Guardian can register child.
Press release must be signed and returned to river.market@ci.monroe.la.us.

Photos submitted must be in color. One per contestant.
Professional photographs can be used but it is the parent/legal guardian's responsibility to submit a signed release from photographer to the Friends of the RiverMarket. Please email to: river.market@ci.monroe.la.us.
No refunds will be given.
Winners: We will contact to verify address to send prize. All winners must take photo with their prize and submit to the email listed above by July 1, 2020.
Contest Length: May 15, 2020 to June 5, 2020. Entry and voting.
Winners will be announced the following week.
