Pet's Story or Bio
Blaze's mother was found by one of my co-workers on outbound highway 290 during rush hour one day, and taken to a private home that fostered dogs. It is not known whether the mother was already pregnant when found, or became pregnant after moving into the home (there were a lot of foster dogs on the property), but Blaze and his 6 siblings were born there. We think his father may have been an Australian Shepherd mix, and we think his mother was a Beagle/Pit Bull mix. Photos of the pups were posted on my company website, and I saw Blaze's photo and fell in love and rushed over there to get him. Six and a half years later we have traveled all over the state together, and we now have 4 other dogs in the house, but Blaze is my special buddy.
