Fuzzy Friends Photo Contest Rules

Submit the most adorable photo of your pet that you can find (or take one!) and include your name, your pet's name, your email address, and include a short paragraph describing your pet, its characteristics, favorite hobbies, or even a funny story. To ensure the quality of the product and the idea surrounding the campaign, we ask that all entries be of PETS ONLY. Any image with a human in it will be disqualified
Entries must be submitted by the owner of the pet, or with permission of the owner. If the photo was taken by someone other than the owner, permission must be granted from the person who owns the photo. If is the responsibility of the person submitting the photo to make sure that permissions are in place
To enter the contest, you must register using your personal email address and a password of your choice
DIGITAL PHOTOS ONLY- No hard copy photos will be accepted. Photos must be in color, clear, of good quality and high resolution, and able to be printed at a size of 8.5 x 11" without significant loss of quality. If your submission is low resolution or poor quality, you will be asked for a better quality image. A good rule of thumb is that the photo should be at least 1 mb (96 dpi required, 300 dpi is preferred)
Each entry will be a $10 donation for Fuzzy Friends Rescue
Enter as many pets as you desire, however, each pet requires an entry form and a $10 donation
Entries will be accepted from March 1^st to April 12^th
Each $1 donation counts as a vote, and you must purchase a minimum of 5 votes ($5) at a time. And donations are non-refundable
Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from Fuzzy Friends Rescue or any other shelter, to be eligible to enter the contest
All entries are subject to review, editing, and removal by Fuzzy Friends Rescue. Pictures must be taken in a humane and dignified manner
Multiple animals are allowed in one photo
Animals must be entered in the correct contest "category". FFR will change the category of any entry that is entered incorrectly
All submitted photos become the property of FFR to be used at our discretion for any and all marketing purposes with any compensation
Anyone may vote for any entry in the Pet-Paparazzi Pet Photo Contest and Fundraiser. You can vote for as many different animals as you would like. You are allowed and encouraged to vote for your own pets. Who loves them more than you do?
To win a first-place position, entries must raise a minimum of $250
Fuzzy Friends Rescue is a 501 ©(3) organization. All donations are tax deductible by law. All donations to the photo contest are final
Employees and Board Members of Fuzzy Friends Rescue are welcome to submit photographs and encouraged to fundraise but are not eligible for prizes
We cannot accept photos with digital overlays, photo stickers, doodles or any digital effects. Copyrighted photos may only be included with the written permission of the copyright-holder
