Bogart isn’t just a dog—he’s a true celebrity at Georgia English Bulldog Rescue (GEBR)! Born with a cleft palate and once facing euthanasia, Bogart’s life was turned around by a compassionate vet tech and the incredible team at GEBR. Thanks to his devoted foster mom, Bogart not only survived—he flourished!
From being tube-fed as a newborn to playing with toddlers, Bogart’s journey has inspired everyone who’s met him. After undergoing corrective surgery, he now lives happily with his bulldog brother and foster sister. He brings smiles wherever he goes.
And guess what? Bogart is turning 6 years old this year—a milestone that celebrates not just his life, but the love and care that made it possible. His first birthday was a joyful moment, and each one since has been a tribute to resilience and community.
Bogart’s story is a shining example of GEBR’s mission: rescuing and rehabilitating bulldogs who are sick, neglected, abused, or injured. With over 1150 dogs saved, GEBR continues to provide the specialized care this beloved breed deserves.
