Lacey is 8 years old and wide open! When inside she is either playing with her toys or sleeping; there is no in-between. As soon as we go outside the hunt is on! Anything from a moth to a deer she has to try to get. I rescued her 6 years ago, she was listed as free on craigslist. When I went to pick her up she was in a tiny crate in the back of the house. the people claimed their son was allergic to Lacey and not their other dog, also a Jack Russell, obviously this is nonsense and they just didn't want her. She was so scared she was trembling and just looked so pitiful so there was no way I was not taking her out of that situation. Best decision I ever made! She is a completely different dog now and she knows she is loved! She has two other "sisters" Dixie, is a 14 year old Sheltie mix and Abby is an 8 year old Golden Retriever mix.
