Pet's Story or Bio
Swoop is a rescue. Four years ago she showed up as a stray at the Cullman airport. The skydivers there took care of her for a week, then I showed up and immediately fell in love with her. She went home with me that night. Since then Swoop has changed my life for the better. She went to scool to become a Therapy Dog and now brightens the day for residents in a local nursing facility. Swoop has a big sister, Piper, whi was adopted from GHHS in April 2006, and a brother, Chubs the Cat, who was adopted in 2095. Swoop is a comfort dog to short term fosters her Mom brings into the house through her work with Pilots and Paws. She's one amazing little doggie.
