Pet's Story or Bio
Cookie came to us as a pregnant foster baby. She had her baby, only one, with us. We think that Cookie was poorly malnourished which resulted in some deformities in her baby (the baby's eyelid wasn't properly grown and one of her paws fell off). After our foster time, we reluctantly took momma and baby back to GHHS to be adopted.
A week later I called to check up to see if they'd been adopted together; they hadn't. Someone adopted the kitten but not Cookie. We immediately went to get Cookie.
I'm happy to report, Cookie is the queen of the castle, and no longer malnourished - she looks more pregnant now than she ever did when she was actually pregnant. :)
