Rats are rescues too!

Pet's Story or Bio
Charlie was an unintended rescue. A lady had 27 cats and 30 plus rats running loose in her home. We managed to catch 6 of them. One being Charlie. He had been attacked by the free roaming cats and was hooked in his neck next to the jugular along with several oozing abscesses along his torso. I drove him straight to our veterinarian. After 3 surgeries and several abscesses, he is now a normal and happy camper! Charlie is the sweetest and most loving fellow considering his ordeal. He has been a tremendous aspiration to me and I have learned that no matter how tough things get in life, you can make the best out of any situation. Life is worth living. Even for Charlie, the rat.
