molly was dumped at the flint river. she was taken to flint river animal hospital by a stranger who saw her potential. she was infested with fleas and emaciated. the great people at flint river animal hospital also saw her potential & sweet nature. after treating her and getting her stable, they contacted GHHS, who took her in while she waited for a home. her ears had been cropped so poorly that she barely has anything remaining.
we went to GHHS during an adoption event last summer. the minute we saw her, we knew she was meant to be ours. she sat so quietly in her kennel while we walked through, looking at us with her beautiful eyes...one brown, one blue. her first four years of life couldn't have been easy, but despite that, she is the most gentle girl. we have a 4lb chihuahua that she allows to be the dominant between them...she is so sweet with him, despite his occasional bratty demeanor :)
it's true what they say...dogs are so forgiving! we have no idea what she has been thru in her short life thus far, but she continues to stay loyal and so well behaved. molly joined our family 1 year ago on july 23rd and has brought us so much joy.
we are so thankful she is home. 💛
