Fergus has a deep disregard for water, even in the solid form of snow. Where most dogs love to play and toss snow around. Fergus performs the three stages of avoidance 1. Show ignorance as to why we're outside and turn to go back inside. 2. Start negotiations: "If you take me back inside, I promise to never need a walk again. 3. Play Dead, eventually your person will give up. Then you can get back in your warm bed and hopefully by tomorrow the ground will be back to normal.
