Wendy is a foster dog from Animal Services. Her family moved 2 years ago and left her to fend for herself. Animal Services picked her up and she didn't do so well in the shelter environment. Tammie Berzett pulled her and she has flourished. She is house broken, fixed, responds to commands, and is a HUGE cuddlebug. She would be perfect with a family older children or a retired couple.
