Charlie and his sister, Coco, were trailer park hobos from Florida. Fostered by a wonderful woman who shipped them to Gifford Shelter and into our arms. Charlie is mischievous, attention-getter, goofy cutie pie that stole our heart and completed our family. It is never a dull moment with our baby boy!
