Please give a brief story about your pet – was it a rescue, hard-luck story, special needs, etc
Gritty came to me in November scared, angsty, and untrusting of people. He would hiss at his food, swipe your ankles as you walk by, and hide all day.
With patience, love, understanding, and encouragement, Gritty has come out of his shell in the past month. He now sleeps right next to me, greets me when I come home, plays with his favorite toys more often, and wants to sit next to my computer while I do work.
He is truly the sweetest boy in the world, a gentle giant (This cat is HUGE)
I'm so proud of him and his progress.
