Please give a brief story about your pet – was it a rescue, hard-luck story, special needs, etc
Jersey and Cal were found as 8 week old kittens living outside in Dorchester. They were not at all fond of people. They were brought to the shelter during my volunteering shift and I offered to foster them.

18 years later, Jersey continues to greet me when I get home and keep me company on the couch. Cal lived for 17 beautiful years and is missed every day.

In my unbiased opinion, these two are hands down the cutest shelter pets ever!
