We adopted Bootsy in November 2021 from the Gifford Shelter. Bootsy had a tough life before we adopted him, he had to get a lot of his teeth removed and there was a pellet from a BB gun in his leg when the shelter took him in. Because he doesn't have many teeth, his tongue sticks out which you can see in his photo. Despite this tough beginning Bootsy quickly warmed up to us and now spends his days snoozing on our bed, or finding different things to climb in our apartment
