Nova

Please give a brief story about your pet – was it a rescue, hard-luck story, special needs, etc
A friend of mine fosters kittens, and I cat-sat while she was out of town. Nova was the last of the litter to need a home, and the only one left because she was born FIV+. She's gentle and sweet and ridiculous. Every time I come home or she wakes up from a nap, she meow meow meows over to me and leaps into my arms for a cuddle. She plays fetch with pom poms, and she has a huge purr for such a dainty lass. The first time she saw birds outside, she charged the window (scaring them all away), then turned around and meowed excitedly at me to tell me all about the birds she just saw.

She's perfect.
