Meet Rocco & Figgy. These shy cats had challenging starts in life, and are now living their best lives. Rocco spent the first 7 months of his life in a shelter scared and alone in NY. We adopted him shortly after he arrived at Gifford. Rocco has a big personality and keeps us laughing. Figgy was rescued from a bad hoarding situation of 46 cats. He was undersocialized and deemed unadoptable by ARL. He came to Gifford and entered the socialization program. Fast forward he is hands down the most affectionate cat I've ever seen. He loves to be carried around like a baby, and gives the best hugs. Rocco & Figgy are the best friends and emotional support companions anyone could hope to have.
