Kevin, like most cats, is both the love of my life and an absolute nightmare. He regularly wakes me up anytime between 1-4am by poking my eye sockets with his paws, but it's impossible to be mad at him because he purrs so loudly as soon as I open my eyes. He was just diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and has stage 2 kidney disease, so he's slowed down a bit in his old age. He'll always be my sweet, grumpy biological son.
