Please give a brief story about your pet – was it a rescue, hard-luck story, special needs, etc
After losing my beloved cat, Honey, I went into Gifford when I was ready-ish to open my heart up to another cat. I wasn’t sure if I was ready to take one home but I went to visit a different cat from the website when I found Lorelai (then: Korra). Her purrs were filling the entire room and she kept cozying up to me to snag the Churu I was giving to the cat I was there for. She kept showing off until I decided she had to be the one for me. Thankfully, I was able to bring her home that night. I’ve now had her for a year and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. She found me and I’m so grateful to Gifford for the wonderful care they gave her before we met!
