Fricka and Cali

Submitting as a memorial to darling Fricka who died 9/16 of multiple health problems.
(I've looked at the pictures, this one will never win, but it is precious to me, and it's the best one I have here in NH.)
Fricka was an outside stray, who I first saw creeping along the foundation of our home in January 2001, with piles of snow. I immediately ran for food, and she never left me after that. She had 3 kittens in spring 2001. They loved going in/out of our basement/house for over 10 years until we moved, and they had to come in for good. She successfully made 3 long distance moves with us, always trusting.
Fricka was the best Mommey in the whole world, and she never once hissed or struck at me, she had the most beautiful understanding eyes. Cali has her eyes too. I miss her each day, and she will remain in my heart forever.
