I was at an adoption event with my three fosters cats, hoping they would find their forever homes that day. Taking a moment to walk around and visit the other foster's cats, my eyes landed on Pantera in his crate and my mouth dropped. It was love at first sight. His vivid lime green eyes and smoke grey coat stole my heart. I held him on and off during the event and couldn't stop going back to visit the gentle big cat. It dawned on me that he belonged with me and that was it. History made. He is now king of his castle, the ambassador for new fosters with his sweet, accepting nature. One could say I "double foster failed" and I'm so happy that I did.
