I really don't know what Cersie's back story except that she was fending for herself outdoors. Less than a year old and "declawed and dumped" was the fostering plea and that just broke my heart! I welcomed her into my home and then my heart! She has now been with us for the last year and I've never been happier to be a "foster failure"!
