While visiting Holland Ponds in Shelby Township, MI on May 25, 2014, we spotted 7 Northern Water Snakes along the edge of the pond. There was a mom and several babies. You can see at least 3 or 4 of them in the photo. Our 6 year old son was excited about finding them and fascinated watching them.
