Rocky is our little fluffy Chiweenie and a GPSPCA alum. My son quickly spotted him in the small dog room and he knew right away Rocky was the one. Despite Rocky's shy demeanor, he insisted on him - so we brought him home in late April 2021. Since then Rocky has come into his own. He has so much energy, is super playful, and is slowly learning to warm up to other people that aren't his family. :)
