Frankie, aka Biggie Smalls, Handsome, Bubby, Moosie, C.C. Biggins, Frank 'N Beans.... was rescued from a parking lot in Midtown. Only shelter, a sad dirty pet bed in a back stairwell. He is now very loved and spoiled (treats, catnip, safe backyard retreat, brushings and lots of love!)
