We rescued Ellis “Ellie” in 2012 right after my dad died. She helped fill an unimaginable hole in our hearts. She was so gentle and kind. Ellie was regal in stature, loved car rides, people food and the couch. When we were out and about people would often comment on her royal demeanor and suggest she needed a fancier name. She was the perfect companion and she is so incredibly missed.
