Annie, who was originally Carrie, was rescued by my daughter while she was in college. My daughter, Makenzie, went to the foster place and Annie walked up to her, laying her head on Makenzie's shoulder. Mak was sold! When my daughter adopted her, she looked aneorexic, and now she is a gorgeous fluffball. Annie used to love to go to the coffee shop in Independence with Makenzie, and the employees there loved her, always giving her treats. Annie now has a sister, Lucy, and enjoys life to the fullest!
