Adoption or Rescue Story
Hello, my name is Simon. I was rescued by Great River Rescue in 2010, when my mom, my siblings and I were surrendered. I was adopted and am living happily ever after. My humans are pretty cool and I'm really living the life. I go out all night keeping my neighborhood safe from those pesky birds, rodents, and occasional bunnies (don't judge me; I'm a cat, it's what I do). Then in the morning I eat, plant myself on a bed and sleep all day. My only complaints are this pesky puppy that's constantly wanting to play and thinks she's so cute (like get over yourself dog!), and the 6 months of the year I avoid going outside to save my tail from freezing off. The only thing that would make me happier is to win this contest and show that dog who's really cute. Please vote for me!
