Adoption or Rescue Story
Piper had been in at least 2 shelters when we got her at HART in Brainerd. She looks like a pit bull but I am told that she is a Blackmouth Cur and a Whippet mix. She came to me with some anxiety issues and unruly behaviors. Thanks to a personal trainer from Bark Ave I was convinced not to give up on her and I'm so glad I didn't! She has some scarring on her face and body so I don't know exactly what her background held but she got a fresh start with me!
She has come a LONG way, and is still learning but she is a sweet and smart girl!
