Philly & Lulu (formally Andie & Cassie) came as a bonded pair through GRRAND. They were found abandon on the side of the road and most likely from a puppy mill. Lulu was hit by a car and had a broken pelvis. They are now living the good life with Mom having 2 daily walks, beds to sleep in, and neighbors, friends & family that love, spoil and adore them. Thanks to GRRAND for all the wonderful efforts they do to take care of these precious babies.
