Charlie was a breeder surrender. He didn’t develop like a male dog should. He’s perfect in our eyes and we love him so so much. We were the lucky ones to have been blessed with Charlie. He loves to greet us every time we get home with a stuffed animal in his mouth. He loves to be around people, boating, going for walks and playing with his fur friends.
