McKinzie “Mack” was rescued by Golden Retriever Rescue Resource. She was from an Amish farm where she was used as a breeding dog. When I brought her home, she began a new life of focusing on being a “dog”. She always gently carries her squeaky toys but loves when you throw them so she can run and jump on them and bring them back. She is an avid squirrel hunter and likes to sit and stare into the trees until one appears so she can stare it into catching it. She has taken to be a “dog” nicely and enjoys sleeping on the bed and snuggling, coming in from outside and standing by the treat jar (her new sister has taught her well). She loves people and always needs to stop for pets anywhere she goes!
