- This contest is open to parents and guardians of children up to 16 years old.
- This contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
- You must be the parent or guardian of the child in the photo you're submitting and be willing to present proof of ID if requested.
- You must have the legal rights to the photo that you submit
- This contest is free to enter and open for anyone to vote. Each vote is only $1
- All proceeds will help provide scholarships to children who would not otherwise be able to afford to pay for education. So, the more you vote the more children we can help and the better your chances will be of winning.
- Once you enter your photos, you must post on Facebook and Instagram to help your child win! Post often and ask your friends and family to vote.
- The top 3 photos with the most votes at the end of the contest will win.
- * Cash prizes will only be remitted if the fundraising goal is met. All cash prizes will be delivered by mail in the form of a Visa Gift Card or bank cashier's check for the designated amount.
- ** Winner must choose a location in South Florida (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties) for the Dynamic Exposure Photography shoot.

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
