About Us

Happy Tails was organized in 2022.  We operated off of a foster model until we opened a building in 2024.

• In 2024 we took in 170 dogs and 101 cats.  We adopted out 125 dogs and 74 cats.  Only 18 deaths due to disease or aggression.
• From January to May of 2025 we have taken in 58 dogs and 41 cats.  We adopted out 87 dogs and 46 cats. Only 6 due to death.
• We have a working board of 10 folks that represent various skills and expertise.
• We have a building that houses an average of 18 dogs and 15 cats.  + a foster parent model.
