Flora (formerly Flower) was adopted from Harbor Humane in September 2021. She was transferred from a southern shelter with her siblings and mother (Lily Rose). Contrary to her expression in this pic, Flora is a happy, energetic pup who loves to play tug of war and chase. When she’s not playing she’s cuddling with her doggy sister, Wilma.
