Shelby is an IBR success story. She was surrendered in Boone County, Kentucky, where she slept on the floor with children and was tied to a chain in the yard. Thanks to her IBR rescue angels, Suzanne Horton, Lisa Spakowski, and Sony Hene, Shelby is now a Chicago princess. Her new domain is a duplex condo in the East Village. She sleeps on the master bed with daddy, and Shelby and daddy love each other very much. Shelby has high fund raising goals: she wants to raise enough money to save the Kentucky Five, her Kentucky cousins, who were rescued from deplorable conditions. Please help Shelby in her charitable quest to help more dogs.
