Saffi was adopted through a lab rescue here in Illinois but was pulled from a shelter out of TN. She always had some anxiety issues and when we started fostering for IBR we got her tested for tick borne illness. She tested positive for Lyme and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. She has been on meds ever since and we have seen an amazing change in her. She is herself again! She has helped to foster 7 dogs for IBR who have now found loving forever homes. She is fantastic at teaching timid foster dogs to be house pets, play outside, and all the perks that come with having your own family :)
