Patches has past over the Rainbow bridge about 18 months ago at 14 years . This photo of him bringing his ball back to me after I threw it into a local park pond.in his youth. Patches loved jumping into the pond to chase a tennis ball. It was a good way to keep cool on a hot summer day. A tennis ball was his favorite toy and if it was a squeaky one it was even better.
