A little about me...
This is Miss Izzy, she is 17 years old, and while her eyesight and hearing are deteriorating, she still has her groove! 17 years ago we were embarrassingly uneducated lame idiots, we walked into happiness is pets in Tinley Park to look at dogs & walked out with puppy Izzy. A few years later there was a 2-hour special on TV about puppy mills, I never even heard the term before that nor did I know dog rescue or fostering, like I said lame! From that moment on all things changed. We adopted our next dog from a shelter, fostered many many dogs, adopted a few of the foster dogs and still foster. Miss Izzy has been our biggest supporter, always accepting of the other dogs in our home even though she just wants a quiet night in front of the TV. We love you Izzy.
