Louis & Buoy are brothers from another mother, but both from Haven! 😎

Buoy was brought to Haven’s Kitten Nursery as a single, newborn, orphaned kitten. He bobbed his little head a lot, hence the name Buoy (luckily he grew out of it). I started volunteering in the nursery about the same time Buoy arrived, and by the time he was ready for adoption, I was smitten. He’s grown to be a chatty, silly boy.

Louis was found in a box with 10 other newborn puppies. When they were brought to Haven, I couldn’t say no to fostering. I bottle fed Louis and two of his brothers around the clock. When it was time to send them off, I couldn’t let little Louis go. Every day I’m thankful for my impulsive decision to foster fail; He’s my best friend.

Now, they’re both wonderful foster brothers to kittens, puppies, and dogs! ❤️
