Connor Roy came to HHR from the shelter in Iowa after being dropped off there by two different families. His ear infections were so bad that the vet said they were the worst she’d seen. It took a couple of months to clear them up before we could adopt him officially, though we knew after he’d been at our house for a minute that he’d be our first foster fail. We’d just lost our 15 year old dog a few months prior and Connor did heal our hearts.
