This was our first experience adopting a rescue. We have learned a lot this past year. Along the way we were deceived by two different rescue organizations that were both out of state.
We changed our strategy and decided to confine our search to the twin cities area. I’ll admit I was cautious and skeptical because of the bad experiences we had, but we knew we had to look close to home. Everything changed when we found Underdog Rescue.
From the adoption coordinator, foster family, home visit consultant whom work full time jobs and volunteer their spare time to place these animals in the loving homes they deserve. We can’t thank Underdog Rescue enough for helping us give sweet Carmy her forever home.
