I rescued Noah from RISPCA when he was surrendered at 5 &1/2 years old.. he was scared and clearly had issues with men.. but with lots of love and patience Noah came out of his shell and is the sweetest, lovable, fun loving , quirky little guy. We can’t imagine our lives without him
