Cat description/personality
Phoebe is a very vocal girl. She has many different meows. When she is asked if she wants supper she'll answer with a "yes"(in meow). It's almost like holding a conversation with her. She also likes her head scratched. I could imagine how quiet it would be without her. I love her to pieces!!!
