5 Simple Rules

1. All cats and dogs can be in our Halloween Costume Contest, not matter where you adopted your cats or dogs!
2. We know it’s sometimes difficult to have pets in costumes so your cat or dog can be pictured with a human.
3. Please put your pet’s name and age when you enter his or her photo.
4. Only one photo per pet please!
5. Please have clear photos of your pets.
