Tank was that dog who saw straight into your soul with his deep brown eyes and calmed the most chaotic moment with a silent, heavy lean into your legs. We found him completely by accident after he had spent two years in rescue, overgrown to nearly 110lbs, and developed Cushing disease. There was no way he wasn’t coming home with us. Lots of love, exercise, and a healthy diet saw him reach his ideal weight of 78lbs, hike up Mt Humphreys like a champ, and live happily until the ripe old age of 12. Love you soul dog!
