In the summer of 2013, my fur baby Sesame ( 21.5 years) crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. I thought my broken heart would never mend. A friend recommended looking for a new fur baby on the Halo website. Ginger and her bonded brother Jake caught my eye. When I went to see them, they had already been adopted. A week later, they were back on the website and I knew they were mine. Sadly, several years ago, Jake passed unexpectedly and made his way over the Rainbow Bridge. Ginger is the light of my life. I have witnessed so many miracles happen at Heidi’s. Fur babies getting a forever home brings so much joy.
